Today is the day. I started a C25K, or Couch to 5K. I've been really neglecting my running, so I thought I would give it a try. There is a 5K in April I want to run, so this gives me plenty of time. I downloaded an app on my Blackberry and hit the treadmill.Week 1, Day 1. This is what my app looks like. It talks to you and tells you when to warm up, run, jog and cool down. It also has it on the screen if you don't hear the prompt. Wish me luck. I'll keep an update here also as I go along.
